What we need from you:

Child’s name and age 
Good reason for getting on the nice list
Something you would like him/her to work on for next year
Christmas gift which Santa might be bringing  
Any special message you would like to add to the letter

We will e-mail a draft copy of the letter to you for approval before we ship your Santa's Christmas eve box.
