I am a mother of two boys and believe me when I say girls are so much easier to buy for!  Although there is that possibility that I am over simplifying matters as I don't have anything invested in getting it right.....  yes there is that!

Still I indulge when on buying trips for girls, you may notice there is far more choice for girls gifts than there are boys gifts in my shop!  I do apologise for that I will try to redress the balance somewhat.So this post has been inspired by a recent acquisition which is a relatively simple idea, it is this rather cute photo album designed to hold treasured memories from your birthday.  I picture this being given by a best friend at a party but most of all I picture this being thumbed through when ever there is a quite few moments when she is sitting alone in her room have a "quiet" moment. 

I really do like this album.  I like its sturdy keepsake presentation box with its pink polka dot interior which matches the inside on the photo album.
